 A Reason

My eyes were closed to the world,

Shut tight, with no glimpse of light.

Then you appeared, like a ray of sun,

And suddenly, my world was bright.

Without a reason, you entered my life,

And you touched my heart, so warm and kind.

You brought hope to a place that was dark,

A spark that illuminated my mind.

You were like polish to rust, so true,

Cleansing my soul, and making me whole.

You became my everything, my reason,

In a world where I once felt alone.

Now, I see life with new eyes,

And I feel love that never dies.

All because of you, my reason,

Who brought meaning to my life.
